Dr. Sherine Ahmed El Baradei, is an associate professor of hydraulics and irrigation engineering -water engineering- and hold a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Hydraulics and Irrigation from Cairo University (2005), a Master’s in Environmental Engineering from The American University in Cairo (AUC), and a Bachelor’s in Construction Engineering from AUC with high honors (1997).
