Biography
Ana Mirian Villalobos holds a Bachelor's degree in Geophysics and has completed her Master's studies in Spatial Information Applications at the "Mario Gulich" Institute of the National Commission for Space Activities of Argentina (CONAE). Additionally, she works as a professional in remote sensing applied to risk management at the Threat Observatory (MARN-El Salvador) with applications in flood mapping, landslides, forest fires, and forest mapping. She has also undertaken internships on the use of satellite imagery for measuring ground deformation in volcanoes at the INGV-Rome (Italy) and at the National University of Cuyo, Mendoza-Argentina.
