The WaterEnergyNEXUS is one of the most important and priority issue to be resolved for both current and next generations. The Sanitary Environmental Engineering Division (SEED) of the University of Salerno (Italy) in cooperation with Advanced Institute of Water Industry at Kyungpook National University (Korea) and with The Energy and Resources Institute, TERI (India) is organizing the second Edition of WaterEnergyNEXUS Conference, that will be held in Salerno (Italy) from November 14 to 17 of this year.This year WaterEnergyNEXUS will provide an international platform to share and discuss key topics on such water issues with the presentation of nature-based solutions, advanced technologies and best practices with the support of experts invited as plenary and keynote speakers. This edition is organized with the support of the UNESCO World Water Association Programme (WWAP) and of the International Water Association (IWA) and under the patronage of several scientific societies, associations and organizations. An additional aim of the next WaterEnergyNEXUS conference is to contribute to the overall goal of enhancing cooperation, integration and sustainable development in the Euro-Mediterranean region on critical topics of Water and Energy.
