The Space4Water Portal is maintained by the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA), which is an integral part of the United Nations, and thus all relevant rules, regulations and directives apply.
The Portal is a result of a collaborative effort between the UNOOSA and PSIPW, and UNOOSA maintains the Portal for the fulfilling the obligations under this collaboration.
By becoming a stakeholder/contributor to the Portal, you acknowledge the independent and impartial status of the United Nations and of the Office for Outer Space Affairs.
You agree that you will be solely responsible for the contents and quality of your contribution, and you will keep the United Nations and the Office for Outer Space Affairs free of any claims that may arise in relation to your contribution.
Further, you recognize that any collaboration with the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs within the purposes of this Space4Water portal does not imply for you any special status vis-à-vis the United Nations and the Office for Outer Space Affairs. Your contribution is regarded as a valuable help to Space4Water Portal and a contribution into its goals, but it is in no way regarded as establishing a collaboration or a formal partnerships between you and the United Nations and the Office for Outer Space Affairs.
Any requests regarding the use of your contribution to Space4Water Portal from the third-parties will be forwarded to you by the Office for Outer Space Affairs.
The United Nations and the Office for Outer Space Affairs does not possess responsibility for the contents of the material presented/contributed to the Portal by the third-parties, be it a juridical or physical person. That third-parties are solely responsible for quality and contents of the product they are providing.
