Synergie, French Forecaters Workstation - specific tools for Tropical Cyclone

As tropical cyclones may affect some french overseas territories, Meteo France had to provide its forecasters with a dedicated tool to help them tracking and forecasting these phenomena. In this presentation we will show how we introduced in the Synergie forecasters workstation a special piece of software that can combine every type of information - from satellite and radar data to NWP and RSMC products - in order to make an easier and more comprehensive cyclone analysis and forecast, and to issue specific text or graphic products.
